We're a family-owned pizza restaurant in the heart of St Marys — serving locals with dine-in, pizza takeaway, and pizza delivery across the area.
Many of our pizzas are named after historic streets across the Nepean area — a small way of rooting the menu in the suburbs we serve.
The 30" pie began as a joke between brothers: make a pizza big enough for the whole table. Founder Mark teamed up with a local metal fabricator to build a custom 30-inch pan that could still run through our 32-inch conveyor oven. When it hit the menu, the response was immediate — groups drove in from across Sydney to see it for themselves.
The famous 30" isn't a stunt slice; it's a full shared experience built for groups, celebrations, and the kind of night where everyone wants “just one more slice”.
What we refuse to cut
- Tomatoes: San Marzano. Full stop.
- Oven: built around a 32" conveyor — so the 30" is the real deal.
- Cheese: a mozzarella blend we guard like a recipe card in a hurricane.
- Service: straight talk on wait times — your night matters.
