The idea started as a long-running joke between brothers: make a pizza big enough for a whole table. Mark worked with a local metal fabricator to build a custom 30-inch pan that could still fit inside a 32-inch conveyor oven.
Once it launched, the response was immediate. Groups started driving in from across Sydney just to see it in person, with friends tagging friends and families planning a night around one giant pie.
Early coverage described it as potentially the biggest round pizza in Sydney and highlighted what made it special: it was not a gimmick slice, it was a full-size shared experience that brought people together.
